Cascades Wolverine Project Website
GOAL
The non-profit Cascades Wolverine Project supports wolverine recovery through science, storytelling, and backcountry community science. They needed a UX consultation and a site redesign that would focus on fundraising.
ROLE
I provided UX consulting and led the site redesign from the beginning wireframing through the final visual design and Wordpress development.
Identifying the key redesign goals

They were looking to modernize their website with a professional look and feel that would help them competing for grants.
Visual design and development
I designed and developed a modern Wordpress theme for the site that focused on driving donations, learning more about wolverines, and engaging in community science.

The new site allowed them to access funding grants for community science projects that were previously unavailable.

Community sightings of the wolverines were able to be quickly added and vetted through the website. This created a large influx of data that was previously unavailable to the researchers.
